SHEbrid™ is small group hybrid training for women 40+ who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in what their body can do.

Inspired by HYROX-style functional fitness training, SHEbrid combines strength work, conditioning, endurance, and functional movement in a supportive, welcoming environment where women can train together, challenge themselves, and build confidence.

Whether your goal is to improve fitness, build strength or simply feel better in yourself, SHEbrid is about stepping up, pushing limits, and discovering what you’re capable of.

What is Hybrid Training?

Hybrid training combines strength and cardiovascular fitness into one style of training.
At SHEbrid, sessions may include:

  • Functional strength exercises
  • Conditioning circuits
  • Running or cardio intervals
  • Core work
  • Endurance-based challenges
  • HYROX-inspired training formats

Every session is designed to improve overall fitness while helping you become stronger, fitter, and more resilient.

Because SHEbrid is small group training, you’ll receive coaching, support, and encouragement in every session, while still benefiting from the energy and motivation of training with others.

All workouts can be adapted to suit different fitness levels and abilities.
